NSW Cops get a Porsche !

A Panamera coupe joins the NSW Police force !

The NSW Police force today added some luxury to their fleet of standard issue Holden Commodore and Ford Falcon police cars.

A brand new Porsche Panamera coupe was donated by Porsche Australia to be used as a promotional vehicle.

The new Panamera is marked with the standard blue and white police decals and includes traditional lights and a police siren.

Despite the fact that the Panamera has a recorded top speed of almost 260km/h, a spokesperson for the NSW police said that the car would not be used in high speed chases.
